To mark the end of Breast Cancer Awareness Month 2024, on 2nd NovemberMake 2nds Countis hosting a very special night of fun and fundraising. Sing your heart out for a good cause in a night of non-stop party hits where the entire crowd is the star of the show.

Massaokeis the ultimate feel-good nightout featuringRockstar Weekend, the ‘greatest party band of all time’ according to the Britain’s Got Talent judges. Massaoke has toured the world from New York to Adelaide and played to huge crowds at festivals including Glastonbury, Latitude and Edinburgh Fringe.

So gather your pals and get ready to release the endorphins. Expect sequins, spandex, rockstar poses and infinite air guitar all while raising money for such an important cause.

All proceeds raised on the night will go towards supporting Scotland-based charity Make 2nds Count and will make a difference in the lives of those affected by secondary breast cancer.

About Make 2nds Count

Secondary (metastatic) breast cancer is the biggest killer of women under 50. Approximately 61,000 women are living with this incurable disease in the UK. Make 2nds Count is a UK-wide patient and family focussed charity dedicated to giving hope to women and men living with secondary breast cancer.

EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Ticket booking and admission

1.1 You have seven working days from submission of your payment to cancel your reservation for any reason. Should you wish to do so please email hello@make2ndscount.co.uk. In such a situation, a full refund of the ticket price will be made by BACS by Make 2nds Count within a 30 day period of cancellation.

1.2 In order to confirm any booking, payment must be made in full. If payment has not been made, access to the event will not be permitted.

1.3 The resale of a ticket for commercial gain will invalidate this ticket. Customers should be aware that tickets sold from unofficial sources may not be valid.

1.4 If the event is rescheduled, you will be offered an exchange or refund. If the event is cancelled, you will receive a refund.

1.5 Refunds will only cover the face value of the tickets and will not include associated booking fees and/or delivery charge and/or. Refunds can only be claimed by the person who made the booking.

1.6 It is illegal to smoke inside the premises. Anyone found smoking will be asked to leave the premises and will not be allowed to return. There will be no refund in this case.

1.7 Make 2nds Count reserve the right to conduct security searches prior to entry and refuse admission. We reserve the right to refuse admission to, or eject anyone who, refuses to be searched, is in possession of any alcohol or illegal substances or, in our reasonable opinion, admission to the venue might risk the safety of any other visitor or himself, or affect the enjoyment of the event for other visitors or the running of the event (for example if the holder appears to be under the influence of drugs or is acting aggressively or anti-socially). No refunds will be offered to ticket holders in these circumstances.

1.8 No dangerous or hazardous items may be brought into the venue. Make 2nds Count reserve to right to refuse entry, or eject, any visitor in these circumstances.

1.9 No food, beverages (including alcohol) or illegal substances may be brought into the venue. Only food and drink purchased at the venue may be consumed. Make 2nds Count reserve to right to refuse entry to, or eject, the ticket holder if they are found to be carrying any of the aforementioned items..

1.10 This is an over 18 event, if you look under 21 you may be asked for ID, please bring suitable identification.

1.11 Make 2nds Count does not accept any liability and shall not be liable for any refunds for non-completion of any event due to circumstances beyond our control.

2. Entertainment and performance

2.1 Make 2nds Count will only advertise artists or performers that have formally agreed to appear. In the event that an artist or performer cannot appear at an event due to circumstances beyond our control, no refund or part refund shall be given.

2.2 By virtue of these terms and conditions, ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed and/or sound recorded for broadcast and/or publication, without payment

2.3 Photographic and recording equipment may be used by ticket holders only for personal use only and not for commercial gain.

3. Liability

3.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude or to limit in any way any liability which Make 2nds Count may have in regard to negligence or for death or personal injury to any person caused by their negligence, for fraud or other wrongful act or omission.

3.2 Make 2nds Count accepts no responsibility for any personal property brought to the venue.

3.3 Under no circumstances will Make 2nds Count be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, which was not reasonably foreseeable at the time the ticket was purchased or which was not directly attributable to any act or omission of Make 2nds Count.

4.Use of Photos/videos

4.1 Make 2nds Count will be taking photos and videos at this event. The images/videos will be used for marketing purposes for advertising future fundraising events. Images may be used on press releases, printed publicity, social media and on Make 2nds Count Website. They will be stored securely, and we will delete them after they are no longer needed for publicity purposes. If you would prefer not to be photographed, would like to see any images/videos then please email fundraising@make2ndscount.
