Absolutely a shambles not asn friendly at all, over crowded to many people in, charging for carers after saying carers get in free refused to grant free carer after having a email proving carers were free, 3 of the rides staff where Amazin and let the kids on without waiting but the rest not so friendly went home early with 2 very upset over stimulated disappointed kids defo wouldn't recommend again and come ever year won't b back

Way too busy. Had to que for a very long time at every ride even the little kids rides. Kids standing for 20 minutes to get on a 10second ghost train. In 3 hours we all got on 4 things each and just gave up. Takes the fun right out of it when it's so busy. Won't be back.

Having visited Spooktacular for several years and this being the second visit this year, I was disappointed of how busy this event was. I understand a Saturday night would be busier than any other day of the week however 35 minutes queuing just to get into the venue even with a pre booked tick*t and then the queues for each ride exceeding 35/40 mins each is unacceptable. It's greedy to allow this many people into a tick*ted event and took away from the evening.

to meany people in the venue at the one time so there isn't anuff time to get on half the rides as the queues are way to long and takes up all the time!
