Great concert with fun festive atmosphere. Drinks a bit expensive and venue crammed to capacity. We arrived 3 minutes after doors opened and there were no seats.

the event itself was great, but the venue is far too hot to the point of being unbearable. the cloakroom system is very slow. I'm sure people missed the start of the show as queue was huge

This was a real disappointment to me. The concert was late starting, the queue for the coat drop and bar huge. All this would have faded into insignificance if the group had been good, but they weren’t. We cut our losses and left after an hour.
