Fancy something a little bit different & swimming through the flood light night while raising money for a very worthwhile cause ? Look no further !!!! We will be holding a 24 hour charity swim from 6:30pm on Friday 10th July through to 6:30pm on Saturday 11th July. The swim will be carried out as a relay so swimmers will have the opportunity to replenish their energy stores & have a rest whilst enjoying the camaraderie of the swim. The swim will be raising money for Reverse Rett (reg charity 1136809), Rett syndrome is a neurological disorder that affects seemingy healthy little girls, striking around the time of their first birthday. Retts affects nearly every aspect of these grils lives taking away their ability to walk, talk and use their hands. Many girls have problems with breathing and eating. Many also have seizures.
