This event wasnâ??t as advertised. The music wasnâ??t disco. The bar ran out of alcohol. Theyâ??re were lots of football hooligans wearing colours causing a ruckus. Bar closing at 10:30 wasnâ??t advertised. Uneven ground and big crowds meant drinks were knocked out of peoples hands. Poorly trained bar staff meant queues were huge. However, staff in tent bar were amazing. Girls working that bar really friendly and efficient.

Such a well designed and executed event! The weather didn't play ball, but the size of the two tents accommodated the very many easily. Great experience with all staff serving, and the facilities were all fine too, just a shame the queues for the bar were so long at times.

Was a great event, plenty for the kids to interact with, music was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Only suggestions I would make would be more seating and a hot drinks truck. Unfortunately the weather was rotten so a wee hot coffee woukd have been good, other than that, it was brilliant

Loved it, we were all at Melting Pot’s opening night at the riverside club & likewise we were there at the start of the Optimo journey - this was magic.

The venue was like a mini festival. Great atmosphere and setup. Would highly recommend.

I don't think you should have charged the adults. there was not a lot going on for the price £60 for a family of 4 is poor.

The prices were far too expensive for what you got and the music was seriously repetitive, needed more kids songs/Disney songs. The activities were great but the queues were so long, more people doing balloons/face painting would've been better.

Great night, lines moved quickly for bar and toilets. Bar prices a little high. Overall, brilliant night!
