Join us for an evening of amazing live music for Glasgow Streetsound #25 with Ali Stott, Neeba, Stone Ashes and Lewis McGeady (The Brascos).
Glasgow Streetsound, in partnership with Buskers of Glasgow (https://linktr.ee/BuskersofGlasgow), is a live music showcase at Glasgow city centre based venue Room 2 (just off Buchanan Street), aimed at giving recognition to Glasgow’s (and further afield) talented musicians and street performers.
ALI STOTT: "Glaswegian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Ali Stott combines the gentle, lilting folkiness of Nick Drake and King Creosote with the wild vocal improvisations and searching harmonic structures of Jeff Buckley and Radiohead. His debut EP was released in March 2024."
NEEBA: "After playing with projects such as Fuzzy, Constant Follower and Peach Crumb - Neeba is the solo project from Olivia Watson. Experimenting with sounds each set is different with carefully curated songs. Being described as ambient folk, Neeba's performances are enchanting and not to be missed."
STONE ASHES: "An Indie/Alternative Rock band based in Glasgow, with a goal to bring back the love for music. The band consists of four teenage boys, Shea, Aiden, Max and Lewis. With their many influences from the 60s and 90s indie scene, such as: The Beatles and Oasis. Stone Ashes look to show Glasgow what music really is."
LEWIS McGEADY: "Lead vocalist for The Brascos - a fourpiece indie band from Glasgow set to be releasing their first EP in 2025."
