Join us for an evening of amazing live music with Mood Ring's debut Glasgow headline gig and with support from Daphné Rouge, Just Someone Who Cared and Tanzana.

MOOD RING: "We are Mood Ring and we’re your new fave supergroup. Hailing from Scotland, newly formed supergroup mood ring blends 70s rock with elements of jazz, blues, and folk to create a nostalgic yet original sound. Originally a collaboration between Megan Black and Kyle Hood, the line up is complete by Rachel Duns, Lewis Ross, and Eve Simpson.

DAPHNÉ ROUGE: "Originally from France, and now calling Glasgow her home, Daphné Rouge’s music can be described as a blend of Pop, Rock with accents of Electro sounds. She started in several bands in France then later in Scotland, but she found her place on YouTube, sharing acoustic covers. Her influences are artists like Billie Eilish, Hozier, Paramore and Walk Off the Earth - who showed her the power of keeping it real. With tracks like "Feathers", “NoAngel”  and "Overdrive" Daphné invites you into her world, where authenticity  is celebrated, and vulnerability is turned into a strength. In "Familiar Chaos," you'll find stories that can resonate with everyone as they are a take on daily struggles and emotions."

JUST SOMEONE WHO CARED: "Established in 2022, Just Someone Who Cared, are an all girl indie-rock band from Glasgow. They started playing in their school theatre but have quickly worked their way up to playing bigger venues and organising their own youth music events.  The members all have very different musical backgrounds but came together through their love of bands such as Belle and Sebastian, Blondie and Portishead. Their poetic lyrics, guitar driven riffs and artistic visuals create a very unique performance that they aim to develop and continue."

TANZANA: "A fresh up-and-coming indie/alternative rock band from Glasgow who formed during early 2023 and have been performing consistently across Glasgow’s best live music venues and Scotland’s festivals including Eden and ButeFest. They have been described as ‘walking like an indie rock back and singing like Amy Winehouse’ and creating sounds ‘reminiscent of Nirvana meets Stiltskin’. Their sets often includes covers from bands like Radiohead and Massive Attack, producing a respectfully artistic stamp on the originals. With an EP release currently going through mastering, Tanzana are setting themselves up to showcase their talent to the masses."
