Review of Playground Festival
set up with the different stages were good, the queues for drinks and the payment system for drinks were terrible and the brewdog beer tasted awful especially at £7 per pint, I would go back but only if the payment system is sorted out and better beer was available and considerably cheaper , the festival could have been very good if it wasn't for the RIP off prices and payment system at the bars

Review of Playground Festival
it would have been nice to know in advance what items can/cannot be brought into the venue. having your umbrella thrown away without asking on entry is not something every one is happy to experience when it's raining like hell. it's unsustainable, practically questionable and frankly rude.

Review of Craft Beer & Food Truck Festival
Waited over an hour to get in , then there was a problem with wrist band saying I only had £20 credit when I actually had £70, eventually got it sorted & got in after another 15 minutes
Queue to bar was another 20 - 30 minutes , so not far off 2 hours to get in & have a drink, shocking

Review of Playground Festival
VIP queue times were unacceptable. The cashless system didnâ??t work properly. There wasnâ??t enough staff. The toilets in VIP didnâ??t have any water in the sinks, in the middle of a pandemic this is unacceptable.

Review of Playground Festival
event was not well planned on the Friday. Entry at VIP took ages. unable to top up payment wristband online and payment booths queued out. VIP bar took over 1hr and 20mins to get served. Couldn't enjoy the acts as most the day spent in queues. Glad they appeared to resolve most of these issues in time for Saturdays event.

Review of Rouken Glen Park
VIP is not value for money - paying an extra ?30 per person is a waste - we were lead to believe we were paying for a better view of the concert rather than a few more seats and toilets - complete waste of ?120 for 2 couples
Alcohol is a rip off - ?6 for a sixth of a bottle of prosecco - so ?36 for a mediocre bottle - captive audience so they can charge what they like.
Main guest come on too late - day started at 2pm and main act not on till 9.30 - think ploy is to keep you there as long as possible to get as much cash out of you
Poor that any refund of money on cashless is subject to a ?1 fee - small amount i know but after being ripped off with Alcohol prices it sticks in the throat

Review of Playground Festival
followed my email instructions and put prepaid my band to 'save time' the night before the event. when I go to the bar I was told there was no money on my band, and was sent to top tent. got to top up tent, the chap asked me to sign into the website I topped up on. as I did it from home, I didnt have the website address handy, and neither did he. even when we did get it, the signal was so bad at the venue that I could t get online. eventually he marched me to the entrance of the event where someone took 2 minutes to sort me, and by the time I got back to the bar, it was 55 minutes from when I was there the first time. with queues for the toilet inevitable, I didn't need this extra time delay. completely put a downer on the night, and coupled with the terrible weather (not your fault), this experience was enough to leave about 90 minutes after getting in waste of 130 quid!!
