Review of Playground Festival
The music was great but it felt like organised chaos at the event. The loos ran out of toilet paper & the queues for the bars where a bit of a joke. This is all probably just teething problems I suppose.

Review of Playground Festival
Clearly teething issues with it being in the first year. Ms Lauryn Hill was a disgrace, showing no regard for the fans who waited hours to see her. really disappointing. I would like a refund.

de La soul lacked soul and actual songs. performed an embarrassing pantomime. head act Lauren Hill didn't bother to show up. queues wee too long, no free water, badly organised. no ponchos for sale. I've requested a refund. poor show overall. the crowd saved the day from complete disaster.

Saturday only. Great day until Lauryn Hill. Complete disrespect for fans who have spent their hard-earned cash to see her. 20 minutes of set time is entirely unacceptable.
Craig Charles, Anna Calvi and De La Soul however were brilliant

Review of Playground Festival
Not enough bar. Not enough staff manning bars and poor organisation of bars and food stalls. Fantastic venue but feel organisers should address the above problems and also look at adapting the event to pull in a bigger footfall. They clearly struggled to sell tickets hence the drop in ticket price. Show take inspo from all the great events happening in Glasgow and the acts they book. I thought the smaller area forntheain stage with dj was great.....lost village vibes about it.

Review of Playground Festival
Atmosphere was good - but the headline act was over an hour late, and played 6 songs.
Leaving the festival was poor as well - there weren't any stewards to guid out of the park or lighting to show the way - no extra taxi services either.

Review of Playground Festival
20 mins set from headline act after over an hour wait? Overpriced drinks, bars running out of stock and ran by inexperienced staff and no toilet attendants wasted what could have been a good event. I will be expecting some kind of refund

Review of Playground Festival
The main act Lauren Hill arrives so late that she could only do 25 mins set and the site was not prepared for rain (walkways, exit lights etc) bar queue was like a mud bath with no floor protection. Too much missing for a big event from the site to the main act!

Review of Playground Festival
Absolutely BRILLIANT festival. It felt very relaxed and loved the small scale, boutique feel. Music was an eclectic mix and enjoyed all of it except for De la Soul and Lauryn Hill, who ruined the Saturday night. Also, you need loads more bar staff and stock! Aside from that it was a great set up, very chilled and beautiful setting. Hop Chip were incredible on Sunday night! I would attend this event next year. Thanks for a great weekend.
