Overpriced, disorganised and disappointing. No toilet roll or hand sanitiser, no lighting leaving, the sound was off and the main act was over an hour late meaning only about 30minutes on stage. The bar queues were long and the overall ticket price was expensive for the disorganisation of an event which could have been amazing. Wont rush to buy tickets if it comes back next year

I'm looking for a refund due to Ms Hill's complete disregard for us. I go to a lot of concerts and have never been treated so shoddily.

Lauryn Hill completely ruined the day... Only bought tickets for her and she shows up an hour and a half late? No real reason either... Just that it was her son's birthday the day before? She knew that 22 years ago and shouldn't book a gig if that will affect her showing up... Appalled at the lack of apology... She shouldn't be paid and refunds should be given for the disappointed people... I for one am going in search of a refund.

Lauryn Hill was a disgrace and unprofessional. As the headline act 30 mins on stage was ridiculous. Many people paid a lot of money mainly to come and see her and deserve compensation.

Lauryn Hill arriving over and hour late when I only went to see her was abysmal. I will be sending a complaint and looking for a refund.

Event was great for the weekend however the cues for the bar were outrageous and the basics weren’t there - no wash hand basins and the hand sanitisers and toilet paper ran out pretty much at the start of each day. Only disappoint with the music was Lauryn Hill who was an hour and a half late and only sang for 20min this was very disappointing and one of the main reason people wanted to go on the Saturday night

getting in with a child was very misleading,passed from here to there several times was overlooked on many occasions untill I forced man at front named Charlie to let me and my child in..no water supplied for free..the actual headline act Lauryn hill was deplorable..I spent a fortune on tickets to see 2 songs before I couldn't take anymore..her set promised never materialised meaning the tickets purchased were not fit for purpose..also waiting to get in at the 2pm opening time left everyone waiting until 3pm so we were short times a whole hour that we paid for utter shambles and £7 for a tiny gin is daylight robbery.. .the atmosphere from the people was very good..if it weren't for the actual crowd then the whole thing would have been abysmal will not recommend or attend again.

we enjoyed the event a lot, was our first festival. we had taken folding camping chairs which we weren't allowed to take in to the festival ground. however I did see a few people with them so wasn't happy about that. also had taken tortilla chips with us and these were taken from us. ridiculous we thought. The tickets are expensive so to force people to eat and drink over inflated priced food and drink which they might get struggle to afford isn't right.
we were also annoyed and very disappointed at the time Lauryn hill came on....an hour late. and she was our reason for booking tickets. 10.40 she came on stage and festival was to finish at 11pm. A bit of a disgrace.
we enjoyed aspects of the day including Craig Charles!

On arrival The area was poorly signposted when in the park.
I felt the general area should have been bigger, incorporating the food area rather than have that separately.
More bar areas (to reduce Q size) The park was poorly lit at the end of the night.
I feel an earlier start and earlier finish would have been better to allow for ‘last train home’ without missing headline act.
Ms Lauryn Hill set was outrageous and a total disgrace.
We did love the chilled out vibe and had a great time, but would be unlikely to come again, or recommend it.

No arrangements for terrestrial rain went home to get dried up came all the way back for the main act Lauren Hill she tuned up over an hour late and then we had to leave at 11 so only heard her set for about 25 mins max. Heard she got cut off at 11 15. Her excuse it was her sons birthday. Said she wanted to continue but was not allowed. Where was the communication between the artist and the organisers? Booed through first part of her act. Yeah she has only known for 22 years that it was her sons birthday that day. No update from the organisers over an hour from the DJ with no explanation of what was going on. Will be looking for a refund paid full price for 25mins if main act!!
