There was a problem with the scanner not working for entry, therefore taking 50 mins off the allocated time. Ride operators were rude and 1 in particular left us sitting on the ride for 15mins before he started it, because he was on his phone and was very rude to riders. We have been twice before and had a good experience but this has put us off returning.

Great family day out!

Was a good day overall, the kids had a great time. Food quite expensive but that’s the usual at things like this. We were queuing to get in from before 12 but they didn’t start letting people in until after 12 meaning we missed half an hour of our time at the start and rides closed before 4. Also there was no seating or even tables to eat lunch

Defo worth it, bag checks are good to stop trouble with youths drinking and causing trouble

was an amazing event thought £20 for tickets was a bit pricey specially when you have a big family but overall it was amazing!!
