Review of SLIME CITY - Stereo, Glasgow 28th November 2024
Slime City were absolutely amazing! Top quality entertainment that was so exciting that you'd need yourself a wee Tena Lady. Unfortunately, the venue went a bit mental with the smoke machine and turned those Slime City guys into Smoke City. It was a tad on the difficult side at times to see them and I even had my glecks on. Some of instruments were also a bit on the super mega loud side that even my lug Loops were rattling. It was a shame as you then couldn't here those on fleek comedy gold lyrics and moments especially from the lead singer. Overall, I still had a good time because I got to go out (on a school night as well, shocking), pull some shapes, get some merch, see a shoe in a box, hear a shoe being played on stage and a have fun night with some banging tunes. Will seek compensation for the Tena Lady later.

It was a cool venue with friendly staff. All 3 bands were ace but Slime City were madly fantastic. The punters were enthusiastic and respectful from what I could see. I was right at the front, dancing my socks off, sweating through my Nessie T-shirt ð
