Really good night. I liked the video screen and loads of Talking Heads played! Good to hear Tom Tom club too. Um, we spoke to the dj afterwards and saw a load of Talking Heads albums lined albums up there!Nice crowd, bit hot in there tho.x

I’m one of the event promoters and I have to put a couple of things right here. Firstly @SF, I was there, the DJ had every Talking Heads album apart from Naked and played tracks from them all. You either misheard something he said or... who knows. Anyway, your comment is incorrect. The venue staff can verify this. Also, scrawling abuse across the request sheet wasn’t helpful. Secondly, at least every fourth song played was Talking Heads with the last hour being almost solidly TH. The event description states that other artists would be played. Playing 4 hours of nothing but TH would have made other attendees unhappy and there were plenty of requests for other artists.

For a night of talking heads music there was an immense lack of talking heads songs played. When I requested one the dj claimed he didn't even know it and only had 2 talking heads cds? Pretty shocking.

Barely any Talking Heads played DJ seemed to forget that people had paid to hear Talking Heads not some of the rubbish he put on very disappointing.
