First time I've been to a gig here, really enjoyed it! Let down by the drinks which were fairly expensive and the draft mixers were quite syrupy. Also thought it was weird that the lights came on like the end of a school disco at the end of the gig!

For an event aimed at children we were packed liked sardines, no designated area or seating for kids, no air con and no room for a sell out tribute.
Mostly kids enjoyed it listening to the music but there was too many adults for kids to see past if they were crammed at the back.
Open bar for drunk adults and kids left to roam the packed crowd wasn't ideal (just not a thing I'd do).
For a gig aimed at even 16yrs+ the venue would be good but for young children, never again.

I am not usually one to complain, but I think putting on a support act for an hour was absolutely unnecessary and left my kids a bit fed up. The girl was good, but we came to see Taylor. We ended up having to leave early cause they were too hot and tired.
Honestly, I think the gig would have been good enough to go straight into Taylor and for her to be on for an hour and a half, then that be it! Her act was fab, and it would have been nice to have seen it all!
The show itself was so reasonably priced, it didn't need to be a 3 hour show. Especially for little kids who were tired and hot!

Venue was far too warm, only 2 members of staff working the bar for a sold out gig! Ridiculous, having previously worked in this venue, it was poor.....not enough staff across the board!!! The few security guard that were on, were extremely attentive to the young ones that were upset due to the heat! Shame if they had sold few tickets it would have been a great night for all!

Awful experience, no air conditioning the kids were all far too warm and pushed together, cannot comment on the performance as she didnt come out until we had been there nearly 2 hours and had to leave as the conditions were that bad I had to get my poor 8 year old daughter out for Air and to cool down she felt ill and faint. extremely disappointed

Everyone had a great night, it finished at 9.30 rather than 10 pm so was a bit disappointed about that. The heat in the place was horrendous but staff handed out water to the crowd which was appreciated. Over all enjoyable night and had a bit of fun with the girls.

Long wait ti get in, too many people, tribute act was awful, no atmosphere and did not lend itself to children although it said suitable for 5 year old. My daughter really looked forward to what was an awful event. Main act only on 45mins out of what was a 3 hour event!!! Truly awful!
