Review of Taylor Swift Tribute

Venue was far too warm, only 2 members of staff working the bar for a sold out gig! Ridiculous, having previously worked in this venue, it was poor.....not enough staff across the board!!! The few security guard that were on, were extremely attentive to the young ones that were upset due to the heat! Shame if they had sold few tickets it would have been a great night for all!

Awful experience, no air conditioning the kids were all far too warm and pushed together, cannot comment on the performance as she didnt come out until we had been there nearly 2 hours and had to leave as the conditions were that bad I had to get my poor 8 year old daughter out for Air and to cool down she felt ill and faint. extremely disappointed

Everyone had a great night, it finished at 9.30 rather than 10 pm so was a bit disappointed about that. The heat in the place was horrendous but staff handed out water to the crowd which was appreciated. Over all enjoyable night and had a bit of fun with the girls.

Long wait ti get in, too many people, tribute act was awful, no atmosphere and did not lend itself to children although it said suitable for 5 year old. My daughter really looked forward to what was an awful event. Main act only on 45mins out of what was a 3 hour event!!! Truly awful!

Too many people crowded into a small venue ,was supposed to be suitable for children 5 years and over ,full of adults drinking ,very warm no air ,no space to walk or stand never mind dance ,very disappointing

Incredible event for kids!!! Tribute act was amazing!!! However venue was extremely hot, staff were great in providing bottles of water and a cool room for families to go to though

Awful venue, overcrowded and not enough staff.
Would argue it was borderline unsafe for young children give how crowded and warm it was.
Taylor sang for about an hour if we were lucky.
