About

The Dream Machine is powering up to demonstrate the full potential of Glasgow’s hidden gem of a music, arts and cultural hub. The venue provides a 360° projection room, a perfectly-sized 150-capacity venue and exists as one of the only fully-accessible venues in the entirety of Glasgow.  Dream Fest and Big Nephew are asking the big question: “Why hasn’t this become the go-to spot for up-and-coming and touring artists?

To shine a spotlight on this grassroots treasure, Dream Fest will feature an eclectic lineup of Psych, Punk, and Indie bands, both local and from afar. Expect performances from Glasgow’s own Telekinephews (Alternative Punk), Mrs Frighthouse (Operatic Industrial), Teose (Garage Rock), Greasetrap (Emo Revival),  Wayne Gibbous (Post-Rock Jazz 7 Piece) as well as Leeds’ Hinata (Shoegaze)

The Betty McAllister Award is supporting the Dream Machine to support affordable ticket prices in this multi-stage event with bands staggered in two rooms across the night with personalised visuals for acts in the Sensory Room.
