Absolutely brilliant,,we had the best time,,so so funny,,an excellent mix of comedians,,with great talent, we loved the pub,,the ambience and the food and staff were amazing,,we will not hesitate in going back,, Thankyou again for a great value night all round.

Review of Van Winkle Comedy Lounge featuring Mark Nelson
A cracking, intimate venue, which has had an impressive array of top tier comedians on the bill each time I've been. You can avoid the front row as much as you like as, due to its up close and personal setting every seat is fair game for audience participation. Not only is it a great night out for comedy the food upstairs in Van Winkles is delicious too. a great bar and venue

Review of Van Winkle West Comedy Lounge
With a fantastic line up of comedians, Including BBC New Comedian of year finalist Liam Farrell, and stars of BBC shows, Up For It's Christopher MacArthur-Boyd and Dregs' Susan Riddell it was a bargain for a tenner to be entertained by some of Scotland's top drawer comedians. All superbly compered by Ross Leslie. Considering this was their debut night the event was very well run... Maybe turn the heating up a smidge for the next one hopefully! ?
