Our next property masterclass is happening at The Village Hotel in Glasgow on the 14th of August!

Whatever your level of experience within property, our Masterclass events offer you the opportunity to gain some valuable insights into a range of areas within the industry and make some brilliant connections in the Scottish property network, too!

Our guest speakers are:

> Garry Wallace - Property Investor, Walmac Property Management 

Garry is Director of Walmac Property, a property investment company specialising in buying properties across Scotland to rent or sell. He also provides assistance to investors looking to either start their property journey or scale up their current portfolio. 

> Steven Clark - Property Finance Expert, Together 

Steven has been working in property finance for 19 years, and joined Together in October 2017 where he is now Corporate Relationship Director. Together is a specialist lender who have been supporting clients and businesses since 1974. They offer a range of specialist finance solutions including Bridging Loans, Commercial Mortgages, Auction Finance and Buy to let Mortgages. 

Steven will be offering a broad overview of Together, the products offered and some examples/case studies of projects they have been involved with. 

> Lyndsay Yuill - Sales Director, Rent Locally 

Lyndsay is Sales Director of Rent Locally, a letting and property management agency covering a wide area of Scotland. She is an expert in starting projects or businesses and growing them rapidly.

She set up her first joint business project aged 22 and her first independent business project aged 24. In 2012, she merged her own successful property management and lettings agency with RentLocally, built their own software system and franchised out the company. They have also progressed into estate agency and business acquisitions. 

Lyndsay has a particular interest in the private residential property rental marketplace, and her goal is to grow her own property portfolio through refurbs, flips and buy to lets. 

Following their presentations, our guest speakers will be there to network giving you the chance to quiz them on their areas of expertise. There will also be the opportunity to network with fellow attendees at the event, so you can share your troubles and triumphs in property, and ultimately learn from each other's experiences.
