Father's Day in Glasgow 2025

Glasgow has got lots on offer for Father's Day, with restaurants and events across the city primed to suit your old man on his day in the limelight.

If your Dad's a Game of Thrones fan, Kristian Nairn AKA Hodor gets behind the decks for the latest edition of Rave of Thrones. The Who fan? Then King Tuts Wah Wah Hut's Quadrophenia themed club night could be the one. However if going clubbing isn't up his street, how about the The Glasgow Science Festival which runs all weekend?

You've probably already been told about the sheer scale of Glasgow's nightlife, which is no surprise - being one of the best in the UK and Europe. Scotland's largest city is also its most musically prodigious, with Franz Ferdinand, Mogwai, Chvrches, Simple Minds, Belle & Sebastian, and Twin Atlantic all hailing from the city.
