The event was suppose to start at 4pm, we turned up after 5pm and the event was still being set up, was very small, the bouncy castle was wet through inside so couldnt go on, my son was old enough to go on only 2 rides which cost over a fiver, hook a duck was 3.50 a go, the stalls selling lights/toys were very overpriced. Only 30mins worth of rides to go on and then your left standing around for hours waiting for the firework display, ended up going home and coming back for the main event which was late starting and didnt last very long. Overall it cost around 100quid

Review of halifax big bang firework extravaganza 

I can’t believe how shocking it actually was said to be fire breathers live music street food much more it was a really poor Set up the fire works were really short was a waste of money going won’t be going back 

overpriced and nit worth a fiver to get in 

Poor turnout,  firework display was short 

Fair wasn’t very good no rides also no live music or acts like they said they was going to be! 

Absolutely waste of money , was no fire breathers like stated on the flyer , fireworks was shocking and lasted a few minutes completely different even to what was advertised 

The fireworks lasted 6 minutes and they advertised Big Bang firework extravaganza,and they advertised fire breathers and we was there for 3 hours and didn’t see any.. 
There was 2 rides and everything was so expensive £3.50 for hook a duck . 
The food was good and value for your money.

Terrible. No fire breathers like advertised. Fire display no more than 3 mins. Dont get why we had to pay in.all rides 3pounds not worth it

Not very impressed at all. The rides weren’t great at all and I was expecting a lot more to be there considering it was £5 each just to get in! Fireworks were the only good bit. On the poster it said fire breathers, fair rides, street food, beer tent and much more, well there was no fire breathers and there was nothing more that what had been said on the poster ?????
