Terms and Conditions for Halifax's Christmas Ultimate Drag and DJ Event

1. Introduction

Welcome to Halifax's Ultimate Drag and DJ Event. By purchasing a ticket or registering for the event, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Ticket Purchase and Registration

2.1. Tickets or registrations must be purchased through authorised channels only.

2.2. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except as outlined in these terms.

2.3. Ticket holders must present a valid ticket or registration confirmation at the event for entry. Please Note you may be asked for Identification to confirm ticket holder matches.

3. Event Changes and Cancellations

3.1. Halifax's Ultimate Drag and DJ Event reserves the right to modify or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

3.2. In the event of cancellation or significant change, we will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders. Refunds or rescheduling may be offered depending on the situation.

4. Entry Requirements

4.1. Attendees must comply with all venue rules and regulations, including security procedures.

4.2. Certain events may have age restrictions or require specific identification. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure they meet these requirements.

4.3. * Door supervisor/ Venue Owner/ Event organizer have permission to refuse entry based on not meeting full entry requirements. 

5. Conduct and Behaviour

5.1. Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner.

5.2. The event organisers reserve the right to remove any individual from the event for disruptive behaviour without refund.

6. Liability and Responsibility

6.1. Halifax's Ultimate Drag and DJ Event or The Watchmakers Bar & Grill and its other affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.

6.2. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and should report any lost or stolen items to event staff immediately.

7. Photography and Recording

7.1. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes.

7.2. Unauthorised photography or recording of the event is prohibited.

8. Personal Data

8.1. Personal data collected during the registration or ticket purchase process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law
