Review of Love to be... Festival
This was probably one of the worse day festivals I have been too.
Sadly not enough ladies toilets. These however were kept extremely clean.
The bars ran out of moretti beer and wine by 4.30pm which is really poor management. Then other beers quickly ran out. Another bar would of been better on site. Only fruit cider no regular.
No water points which I believe is a legal requirement?
Staff were all lovely and polite.

Review of Love to be... Festival
Music was great and venue well set up.
The nation's Happy Clubbers from the 90s have been replaced with many entitled idiots which is a shame.
The biggest issue with this festival though is organisers set up a payment system for food and drink where you get a wrist band with a chip on it that you have to add credit to at a prepayment tent, and you then use your loaded wristband to pay for your food and drink. The claim is that this provides a "cashless" event but it would also be cashless if stalls were card only. So far it appears that the reason for the wristband is to encourage people to have cash leftover on their wristbands so the organisers can keep it. We have enquired about getting our money back leftover on the wristband and the organisers are deliberately making it as difficult as possible to get the funds back. Refunds can be requested from 3 days after the event, the window to claim is 3 days and the instructions to claim are issued on day 3. We have this in writing from the organisers.

scam with wristband payment supposed free credit impossible to access and costs £ 3 to activate so only £2 credit and had to keep queing to top up. can only get refund on in Tuesday and unclear how to do it. . no water available had to go to bar and ask and then limited to one small plastic glass each time...at a dance festival!
also plastic containers so really bad sustainability...v. poor signage and food/ drink availability. bad acoustics in tent. really poor festival...been to 3 others this year.this was by far the worst

Staff and setting were great. Good vibe. Bar could have been a little more varied, and running out of Prosecco (when in Harrogate !) could be noted , haha! Maybe tin c**ktails? But it didn't spoil the night!
