Review of Laugh In The Box: Wembley
I’d love to say it was great. However, you cancelled the show and did not have the courtesy to let me or the other people
I was attending with know. Yesterday, was actually an event day in Box Park for Ed Sheeran as he was performing that evening. Even the security guard in the actual room did not make any sense as to why the show had been cancelled. I work in PR and events and this is just not the way to do things if you’re running a serious business. We were disappointed and this cost us all. We booked tickets on 3rd June so you had plenty of time to advise us if plans had changed. Please convey this to your team or update your automated services so this does not happen to others in the future.
Review of Laugh In The Box: Wembley
The comedy show was well hosted by the MC but alas the comedians were very poor and mainly unprepared. The first one had clearly no routine in mind, all of them thought the funniest joke they could crack was talking about shagging members of the audience after the show and the last comedian had little or no compassion for a member of the audience who had very obvious mental health challenges and who was insensitively ejected in tears having revealed that her father had passed from a heroin addiction. Its understandable that everybody has to start somewhere when they embark on this type of career but the lack of preparation and humanity is inexcusable. The event was free but the audience should have been paid to attend it ...2.5 hours of my life I aint getting back!
