Worst organisation in any venue i have been to. Staff did not know what they were doing. From help with mobility issues, toilet facilities, bar staffing, bar pricing to whether or not there was a smoking area, this place was an absolute joke. Staff did not seem to know what was going on. It felt like they had never hosted a live dance music event before. Very disappointed. Thankfully the music and artists were excellent.

Sub Focus was utterly amazing! Visuals, sound, atmosphere everything was complete perfect but the sound for the rest was awful, loud with no bass. I’d 1000000000000000% recommend Sub Focus though 😍

Unbelievably friendly crowd, welcoming approachable staff making you feel safe. Music could have been loud, but visuals where phenomenal couldn’t recommend enough. Every artist smashed it.

BEST DNB SHOW I have ever seen! Lineup wasn’t so great and the sound at the venue was quite poor. However Sub Focus did not disappoint one bit.

Big venue with good sound. Not too loud and decently balanced. Easy to get from inside the concert to the bars and toilets. Queuing was well organised and check-in went smoothly.
HUGE downside that there is no cloakroom. Yes, the venue was pretty cold, but when it's cold outside I will of course dress for the weather that's outside. I will probably not visit this venue during winter because of this. Also, wherever I went there was people complaining about the bar prices.

7.50 for a can of dark fruits strongbow it's a total rip off. Other than the price of the drinks the arena was well managed and the set up was easy. Music was fantastic but could have been a little louder

Great main show from Sub Focus - I wish it was 2 hours rather than 1.5!

The support acts were SO quiet... It was turned up only for Sub Focus - but harder to enjoy the music when the bass isn't really hitting you as much...

Also, I wish more of the production setup was utilised during the support acts, sure save the best for last - but just having the same repeating light pattern and just the support act name on the screen for 4 hours - was a bit disappointing!
