Door Staff did not let us in because we were 6 minutes late to entering even though we'd been in the queue for half an hour! absolutely appalling considering i paid £50 for the ticket along with a train ticket from Newcastle. Have tried to contact the venue but I have had no reply

We arrived 1:30 and they did not let us inside wtfâ¦.. the security guards were really rude so I was very disappointed. I did not get any information that they would not let us in after 1. So Iâm disappointed
