Review of Hedex presents MY HOME IS THE RAVE - London

Once inside the venue all staff were very helpful and quick to deal with any aspect of customer care and the safety of guests. The only downside was the speed of getting people into the venue. I understand the need for vigilant security checks on entry to an event of this scale but having paying customers queuing to enter an event for around 2 hours and missing some of the other acts is not ideal. Improvements to entry time would be great for making this an even greater experience. Maybe more than one detection dog would be a good start.
