Review of Cafe Mambo Ibiza Classics By The Sea
VIP rip off. Offering upgrades on the day for £15, so in effect we paid more. Toilets disgusting early on, and actually ran out of water to wash hands! Not exactly what I'd call posh! VIP bar ran out of drinks! Had to go to the main bar! Why were drinks not topped up?!? Music was great though.

We bought the tickets on first release with good faith, only to see days before the event unlimited free tickets being promoted. I felt this move was totally disrespectful to everyone who had bought tickets in support of the event.
Prices at the venue where so high and a lack of choice with drinks also very slow staff.
Toilets as always could have been better serviced as no toilet roll by around 5pm.

Loved loved loved this event however the VIP is a right rip off. Posh toilets stopped flushing by late afternoon and then ran out running water to wash your hands. The drinks were basic and they ran out. So the normal bar and toilets were much better. The golden circle wasn't in front of the stage so no atmosphere and to top it off they upgraded people on the gate for £15 and other groups for free meaning we were overcharged and the area was overfull. I'll not be VIP ING again

Really great event, fantastic venue and brilliant vibe.
Very disappointed in the VIP upgrade. With poor toilet facilities, no food option in the VIP section it all felt over sold. Also the drinks prices were not clear. When displaying £3 for soft drinks this didn't specify it to be half pint or pint. Half way through the day the VIP bar went from selling pints of soft drinks for £3 in the early afternoon to £6 as the evening went on. The lack of consistency caused frustrations to those driving resulting in some people not having sufficient ticket allowance to buy drinks for the rest of the evening.
Please make it clear what measurements are available and the costs!
