I booked a party of 5 people for VIP when at the VIP bar drinks were advertised but weren't available only the more expensive option was available.When queried this with bar staff member they had the manager(Leanne)come to explain to us which she did in a very unrespectful sharp and abrupt manner,we were very taken back by her attitude towards us as customers.Even other onlooking customers who we didn't no were shocked and taken back by her way of talking to us.
