Superb gig, they always deliver! Venue very small, soft drink bar prices VERY cheap (2 pints of Diet C**e for £2!). Met Mike after too, lovely chap. Will definitely be seeing the band again (Doubt 30th if not before), hope to return to The Crypt too!

Initially some sound issues which can be put down to teething problems relaunching a venue. The band played on professionally and by the time the hits were played second half, the night was in full swing. Great friendly atmosphere and selection of drinks, I'll be back 👍

Fantastic gig, brilliant price actually unbelievable price.
Only negative was the stage its very low for the band, they can't really jump around. But thats the building and that's how it is, don't let that stop you experiencing a good gig in your local town.

First time I've been to this venue in about 10 years. It's much improved since I was last here. For a start I came home clean! The decor & lighting is spot on. The atmosphere for bands was great. Republica were fantastic. I'd gladly come back to this venue to see live music....5 star from me....

Review of DIRTY DIKE, SAMMY B-SIDES, DADDY SKITZ, J-RED, THE LAB

I was disappointed that Dike was not available to perform but Jam was a very solid replacement. Dj Sammy was great, switching between songs seamlessly. If any criticism is to be given it would be that the microphone was not clear enough and it was hard to determine what was being said. All in all I had a great time although I was not as hyped as I should have been.

Disappointed with the evening and was not value for money at all. Theme of the night was poor - acts were poor. Staff were rude and very physically pushy at times. They had attitude. To be honest has put me off going there again.
