Ridiculously long route to queue around. Took 45 mins to get in. Even though BoneyM were late arriving they were far superior to the band that followed. In my opinion you could have let them play the whole set and left Soul to Soul go home. They were dreadful. Sister Sledge brilliant, Billy Ocean sounded better outside the arena than in, but still good. Food stalls overcrowded and understaffed in some cases. Took 45 mins to an hour to be served. Overpriced too. Bar extortionate with poor quality 10% alcohol wine at £29 per bottle. No ale, only lager and limited choice. Only one food outlet that I found sold hot drinks and the queue was so long I gave up. Personally you can hear it all from the gardens outside and the sound was much better.

vIP area totally packed out like sardines and many not even able yo access stage. Then even more came in when security started letting anyone in and stopped monitoring it ( before Sister Sledge ). Really wanted to hear Boney M but got 20 mins with a backing track. Would I go again or recommend? No. Also queues were atrocious and no stewards to direct anyone or ask about the fast track. Gave up and went home after sister sledge as needed food and a nice hot drink. Was VIP worth it ? Totally no except for fast track.

Music was great. Bar was great - plenty of staff, didn't have to wait too long. Toilets as good as can be. Food queues were diabolical though., just as well you could see the acts from the queues.

Long wait at the entrance gates to get in perhaps need to open the gates earlier. Long delay for the first act to come on which was cut very short by 30 mins . Choice of acts was excellent and really enjoyed the bands although again long delays between each act.

Enjoyed a very pleasant evening in a lovely location. All of the acts were great - Billy Ocean was awesome. The food and drink was over-priced - it is appreciated that money has to be made but at what point does it become greed?

Absolutely loved Boney M but they had to cut their set short because so many people were stuck outside in the queue (us included). Also they were in a warm up slot so didn't get the hyped up crowd they deserved. They only played 4 songs which was disappointing.
I was queuing for food all the way through Soul to Soul and part way through Sister Sledge. Took approx 1 hr 40 to get food because there were 5 food vans to feed thousands. Had to leave after about 2 of Billy Ocean's set to get a train home. So in conclusion, the majority of the day was spent travelling or queuing. I would only return if it was better organised in future.

But some coordination required on what you can bring & the security personnel. My water bottle was taken away & when I went back for it at the end, it had been thrown away by the staff clearing away. Poor show. It doesn't take much to provide a table where people can collect they're possessions at the end....and the disability access needs proper coordination, again staff refusing exit or entry for disabled people with no visible disability. Equality training for staff is an absolute must. Happy to provide 😊
