Queue system way too long, other festivals use a different system at top of field. For disabled etc far too long to walk round in a huge circle up and down hill to get in. One act only played 20 mins instead of an hour. Food and drink prices extortionate on top of ticket price and travel to get there. No seating at all for elderly and disabled, not all music lovers are young! Security and staff very friendly and welcoming, but no compare to tell us what was happening and no intro of acts. Billy Ocean was by far the best and worth the wait.

My only suggestion for improvement is that seats are kept out of the vip front of stage area as the clutter they create is a hazard for people moving around that area, especially after dark. They could easily be restricted to the grass area near the bar. Otherwise, it was a truly great event.

Bad management of event, the queues to get in were out of control with no management or direction for people. VIP entry not clear. Event started later due to the queues and the first set was cut down. The VIP bar was inconsistent in its service and none of the drinks were cold

The reason for my negative response is because there were not enough food vendors which caused over one hour long queues for food; that is unacceptable. Secondly, the Billy Ocean set finished @ 1100 which meant that I had to miss a good part of it, as the last train to T Wells leaves Hastings leaves @ 2250; bad planning, especially as you don't really want people driving into Hastings.

The organisation was shambolic. Not allowed in till 4pm when the music had already started, then huge queues and waits to get through an overly pedantic security check.
VIP was a total scam and waste of money. No seats, fortunately we brought our own, but part way through the concert the security staff disappeared, so no checks on the VIP entry, so everyone who wanted to dance front of stage came and invaded the small VIP area. It was chaotic, potentially dangerous, no way of exiting the melee, anyone with chairs had to abandon them.
As I said, a total mismanaged, disorganised scam of an event.

Long queues to get in. Boney M disappointed as set so short. Some sound issues. No tea/coffee. Parking difficult. Good choice of bands though. Sort out logistics and this could be a great event

VIP signage needed to be better from lead up to entrance, queued for a long time before finding out separate entry. No food stalls in VIP, much needed. No seats should be allowed in VIP area, too obstructive.

No queues for bars and toilets. That was very well organised. Terrible queue to get in which resulted in one act being late in and having to cut their set short. Queues for food looked very long. Overall was good value for money for the quality of the acts. Well spaced out and a good atmosphere.

Horrendous organisation spoiled it. Long q’s to get in, not enough staff, ridiculous q’s got food, wine was shocking un drinkable. Vip ran out of tonic . You need decent wine for a more mature crowd . Really put me off going again

Music was good considering you're not seeing acts at their peak. Drink and food prices ridiculously expensive which takes the edge off of things - just too greedy for money. Strict no food/drink policy re bringing your own in but when you get in, people are sitting down to picnics with their own wine which was annoying. Would be nice if the Marshalls could control those who have drunk too much a bit better so they do not spoil other people's enjoyment. Overall good evening but would think twice about booking again due to food and drink prices. Maybe consider higher ticket price and allowing people to take their own??

Great event, we got there later so missed the queues to get in. Although we didn't eat there the queues for food were ridiculous, more food outlets needed for a 7 hour event. I thought the cost of the ticket for the latter quality of acts was really reasonable. Great atmosphere!

Security took too long. It took 45 minutes to get in. All acts except the last one ran late and took much time was taken changing the stage set up.
