Badly organised. Massive queues to get in, drinks over priced, food stalls over priced and again huge queues. Running order jumbled and shortened with no notice, long gaps between the bands. Really disappointed

Shame about the late start and Boney M’s really short set, but they were still good and all the other acts were really good! Prices are ridiculous but this is to be expected at a festival, was a good show

Entrance queue was horrendous, there should have been another gate open. Drinks prices were ridiculous, the food concessions were average to say the least. Why there was a fairground waltzer there is anyone’s guess, the music coming from it got mixed up with the bands if you were standing near to it. Boney M came on much later that stated and had to cut their set short, Soul II Soul came on without an intro and it was all a bit disjointed in between. There were six in our group who all felt the same way so we left early. We won’t be back in a hurry unfortunately.

had to queue for 45 minutes...really? were you not expecting people ? then cut the acts short because you were running late? this is why people don't bother going out anymore.

I thoroughly enjoyed the evening as was mainly there for Billy Ocean with my partner however I sent a messenger to the event organiser via Facebook messenger which was not opened and replied to. I am still also waiting for a refund on my Garage by The Sea tickets from last year as my partner has Covid so we couldn't go but yet not one single communication was acknowledged or responded to which I think is really shoddy. Additionally I am disabled and we had VIP tickets but there was no communication regarding the disabled area so we had to bring our own chairs and sit with the VIP crowd which have us a good view of the stage at the front however when we arrived, I gave up my seat for someone who was drunk and disabled for the first hour of being there as I was being kind however the medics took her away in a wheelchair eventually but I could've done without the inconvenience of having to stand as long as I did for when I finally got to sit down I was shattered and too many security guards all gathered together in front of me obscuring my view. Other than that was a good time.

Fantastic night of music and entertainment. The crowd was amazing, the venue and organisation was amazing. Billy Ocean was the star of the show, followed very closely by Sister Sledge. Really really good night, thank you.

Sister Sledge were incredible! They were so much fun and sounded amazing. Billy was brilliant too. Sadly Boney M only sang about three songs and was over backing tracks / making the audience sing instead. Really lovely venue and super friendly staff all round.
