MiMo marks its 19th anniversary with a special vinyl-only event, celebrating nearly two decades of house and electronic music culture. In collaboration with the legendary Slough Record Centre, the night will bring together DJs, collectors, and dance music enthusiasts for an immersive journey through the sounds that have shaped the scene.

Since its inception, MiMo, founded by Chris MiMo and original residents like Sam Cherry (Slough Record Centre), have been a driving force in the underground house music movement, hosting cutting-edge events in London, Reading, Milton Keynes, Ibiza and beyond. This anniversary event will feature an credible lineup of DJs showcasing vinyl-only sets, spanning electronic music from the 1980s through to the 2000s.

About Slough Record Centre: Established in 1964, Slough Record Centre was an essential hub for vinyl lovers, DJs, and collectors. Known for its extensive catalog and deep commitment to underground music, the store played a significant role in shaping the UK’s music scene. Though it closed in 2007, its influence continues, and this collaboration with MiMo is a tribute to the lasting impact of independent record stores and the vinyl format.
