Easy to get around venue, but too many people in there

Fantastic day/ night,great music and friendly fun people. Although advertised DJs playing til 10.30/11. Then the bar shut at 9 and we were ushered out by some moody (not all) security at 9.30. No explanation, ? Could you tell us why? .

Bar service was appalling. waited over half an hour to be served each time, then the staff served other people who they seemed to know and even though they had seen us waiting. Crowd was edgy, unnecessary pushing and shoving by very drunk people. Such a shame. Music and feel of the venue both great.

Had an absolutely brilliant time. DJ's were fantastic. Atmosphere was good, everyone happy and enjoying the tunes .
Venue was laid out well, security were OK, some friendly and helpful others moody and full of attitude especially towards the end of the evening.
Huge negative points were line up was advertised to play until 10.30/11pm. Told the bar were closing at 9pm and were all told to leave at 9.30pm with no explanation as to why. When we did ask the security they just said 'because we are and pushed us all out.
When showing them the advertised times they just shrugged.
An explanation would be appreciated to my question 'Why did it finish early?,
Much preferred the Party in the Park venue. One stage of rotation DJ's

Far too crowded was fine when we first arrived and was able to get to bar just and buy drinks and dance etc but then it was like being in sardine in a can and couldn’t move Dog and Whistle needs to do something about it’s crowd control as it must border on illegal and breach Health snd Safety. Had to leave the venue after 2 hours as became too claustrophobic and unbearable shame because music was good and so were crowd we ended up and preferred 80’s night later at Corn Exchange
