About

Kirkburton Uniformed Group is the collective name for the Scouting and Guiding units that meet at the KUG headquarters on Hallas Road in Kirkburton, Huddersfield. HD8 0QQ â€“ which is only around 5 miles from Huddersfield. We currently have around 100 young people involved in Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Brownies and Guides. Our members take part in a wide range of activities run entirely by volunteer leaders. We also host the KirKburton Beer Festival here, raising money for the Uniformed Groups and local charities.
