A real LET DOWN and such a shame, no eiffel blue, gala or others as in manchester tonight on via Nick the DJ - what a scam, Gareth Gates saved the show.... wont go again to this event again sady and such a nice city is Hull.

Had a really good time, I found all the staff friendly and helpful.
I really liked the amount of security that was on hand overseeing things added to the calm enjoyable atmosphere.
Felt, safe had lots fun watching the acts would really recommend and hope to attend more concerts at Bonus again.
Big thanks to all the staff and event organisers along with the pop starts.

Apart from majority of the audience having "invalid" tickets with skiddle which left us relying on box office to sort it out, the event was fabulous, great acts, great interaction, great night

It was ok but the sound quality was terrible. Felt sorry for the artists. Been to the venue lots of times so know its not a venue issue.
Poor ticket sales created a massive lack of atmosphere too.
Wasn't an awful night by any means, Damage needed longer though.

A little bit of aggravation before the concert as we were sent from one place to another, due to buying tickets through a third party. Once inside the staff were very accommodating. The actual concert was AMAZING!!! We relived our teenage years in style. We’d go again a heartbeat.
