At one point of the event the bar waiting time was terrible, might have been better having a can only bar and separate c**ktail bar. We were vip there should have been a queuing system at that bar as sometimes you were invisible and people pushed in. The inside toilets were flooded at 9pm. All in all the organisation, security staff and djs were brilliant

Positives :- Superb music, great venue, drinks reasonably priced, fab atmosphere.
Negatives :- VIP not worth it. Ladies toilets were disgusting by 5pm. No loo roll. Blocked. Filthy. No one ever in there taking out glasses and cans. You needed a wc attendant every hour. Nowhere near enough bar staff. Could have doubled numbers and it would still not have been enough.

Would defo go again for sure !!! Well done but hope you make changes after reading the feedback

Toilets for VIP were like a sauna, no toilet roll, wouldn't flush then got blocked. I was overcharged for cans. They ran out of vodka so overall paying the extra for VIP was a waste of time. Left on the first bus back to the city centre with some other fellow disappointed partyers

The location was brilliant and the stage and sound excellent too. A major problem was the toilets, should be separate for men/women as in a disgusting mess. Nowhere near enough of them, leaving people desperate for the toilet and literally weeing everywhere they could find. No one wants to spend hours in a queue at a concert, want to have a good time! Next time, need more toilets, and separate access will speed that up.

The venue was far too small. Queues for the bars and toilets were ridiculous. Very disappointed.

I don't think I realised the type of event it was when I booked it. Too many drugs, too many idiots, the ques were ridiculous for the bar (30/40 min long) and the toilets were soon blocked. We left at 6:30 I don't think it was worth the money for me

Fantastic atmosphere from start to finish. 2 slight gripes were more bar staff required as sometimes quite a wait at the bar and really need more toilets as always a queue for the womens throughout the venue.
Neither of these spoilt a fantastic night

VIP was not special at all and many people we knew just walked in and out freely without having purchased VIP, very annoying

We bought VIP tickets but the toilets were unusable, blocked and flooded and the venue staff were not interested. I’ve lots of photos to prove. Highly disappointed
