Review of Firework Display and Entertainment 2024
For a few years the fireworks haven't been synchronised to music but this year they were, fabulous! The location of the display in relation to the venue viewing was perfect for all to see. The live singers were great and there was hot food but sadly nothing vegetarian, vegan or gluten free, that needs attention looking forward.

The firework display was spectacular, everyone enjoyed it very much, but the space was too crowded and there was not much for the kids of older age to do. Also there were large queues for food

I'm going to have to say this was probably one of the worst firework displays I've been to for a long time. It's in the middle of nowhere and you've got to drive. Parking was an absolute nightmare. Traffic getting in and out was an absolute nightmare and the fireworks display was less than 15 minutes, it wasn't the best and I would never go to that one again

Couldn't get in, venue was over booked. Really disappointed by whole experience watched the fireworks from car, really poorly managed parking experience was chaotic

The event started with a nightmare parking situation that caused a traffic backup all the way to the Chigwell Sanctuary traffic lights. When we finally reached the entrance, there were no clear signs, just a few parking attendants shouting at drivers from both directions to go to the Top Golf car park. This caused major gridlock around the Nuffield Gym entrance, with cars parked haphazardly along the narrow road leading to Top Golf.
Once inside, it was clear that the event was severely understaffed. Getting food or drinks took ages, which was incredibly frustrating. The firework display itself was impressive and definitely good value for money, but that was overshadowed by the chaos trying to leave.
The biggest issue came when trying to exit the Top Golf car park. Without any parking staff managing the situation, it turned into complete pandemonium. Cars honking, people yelling, and kids crying-this went on for an hour before we slowly made our way out of the car park. It was a disgraceful lack of organization, with the event organisers clearly prioritising money over safety and coordination. I won't be attending again!

The tick*t prices was expensive charging £9 for 3 year old, however when we went to the venue, they had fun fair charging £5 for 8 mins softplay, and charging each child for the rides £3 per person, food was cold, so felt disappointed. Character meet and greet felt rushed. However the 15 minutes fireworks was beautiful to watch. A very pricey evening if you have more than 2 children.
