I felt that this event should have been great and they had that interest at heart, however the lack of organisation shone through and everything was very delayed for the Santa visit. This could have been a lot slicker with better planning. Santa looked great too but all he said was hi what’s your name and nothing else to my kids. And for £16!! Not the best!
I think next year you should absolutely do this but just have the organisation of event a lot tighter and put more into Santa and kid type stalls/events outside. The outdoor markets were boring and nothing interesting for kids at all.

Weather was poor and (sensibly) it was partly outside but it was well planned and managed so this not an issue. The inside elements were socially distanced and there was good service from the staff.

We were the last family in for the Santa's grotto experience and everything just felt rushed. Nobody explained what we were doing, we were just shoved at a table and handed some colouring pictures. The kids didn't even get a chance to colour their pictures, decorate their cupcakes or even drink their hot chocolate then we were getting taken upstairs to see santa. I appreciate it was a very busy day but for the price I expected much better.

The venue is good but not in a day of downpour & no where to park. We had to walk a considerable distance with a young child.
