Review of Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival
I think it is a great event but felt there wasnt much for families to do based on previous Belladrums, lack on entertainment for kids especially. Had better Belladrums. Couldn't fault the music and the atmosphere from everyone.
Over run with kids doing what they want though, looked 13/14 with no adults. Think better signage for whats all going on especially for activities for kids and families - having activities on for the whole family, or more for the kids as this gives us many laughs and fun filled memories.

Review of Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival
Most beautiful setting, very friendly, great atmosphere!
Not enough toilets (thank goodness for friendly flush), the portaloos need emptied more often.
Bar queues were ridiculous too. Should increase the price and let folk bring in their own booze. Bars and food a rip off especially when you have a family.
Peat and Diesel, Shed Seven, Ash, Tide Lines and Vistas were highlights for me. The new Hot House stage should be the main stage for next year. Garden stage is pretty but too many trees and not enough room for bigger acts - need to ban chairs from the bottom section - fine for the walled area or the hill.
Ran out of water at campsite too - not great in the temperatures we had at the weekend.
And getting out of car park was a joke, needs better organised.
Overall had a great weekend, just a few niggles that could easily be rectified.
Looking forward to next year.

Review of Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival
The main acts were pretty average. But some of the âsmaller actsâ were superb especially some of the local ones. Pete&Diesel stole the show. Tide lines were great as were Torridon and the Dangleberries.
Prices were stupid. £5 for an ice cream at a âfamily friendlyâ festival⦠have a word with yourselves. The food and drink was similarly overpriced and beyond a rip off at most outlets.
Despite this, the queues for the bar were absolutely horrendous. Over an hour in a queue for a beer. You need more bar locations and more staff at these. Punters will be happier and you will make more money. Which may allow you to reduce the prices back below the £5 mark. Finally give punters back the £1 for the cup at the end. I have no use for a bag full of plastic cups which will now be binned. Getting the money back and you will have people clearing the site for you to get the £1 per cup.
