Review of Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival 2019
As usual Belladrum was brilliant! Having said that it was the busiest yet by a few 1000, it was too busy on the Saturday queues for the toilets, bar, stages, food.... all day long, never seen it like that before, to the point of it being dangerous in some areas, don't get greedy Belladrum, 20'000 is quite enough people!

Review of Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival 2019
This was our 5th year as a family, sadly, at this point I don't intend to purchase tickets for 2020. Feeling very disheartened by Bella at the moment.
oversold tickets, far too busy, very poor security, at times we felt unsafe with the volume of people. Bella has lost the family appeal 👎

Review of Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival 2019
Organisation much better this year. Glad to see an end to the ridiculous and pointless bag searches on entry to family camping. Much improved toilet facilities . However, this festival is great for some but I cant see me returning if the drift to commercialism continues. Far too mainstream music policy. Some interest in the smaller stages but the main stage offerings oh dear oh dear. Far too much bubblegum pop and/or ballady blandness. Low energy with one or two notable exceptions. I'm in my late 50s and i want to bounce not be rocked to sleep gently..i'm not dead yet.
The festival was over sold enormously it was obvious to anyone. The crowd was high street and there was a lack of bohemian vibe. The hippy and alternative types have largely disappeared and it's a great loss to the diverse atmosphere. I like a beer but there is too much emphasis on alcohol, like everywhere else I suppose, and it is central to this festival and at £5 a pop central to its financial viability i am guessing. The food offering was good and I thought better overall than previous years but it was obvious that a cartel was operating on £3.50 everywhere for a miserable tray of chips. Minimum effort, maximum margin..way to go traders!
It is a great shame. Nothing stays the same and Belladrum has changed significantly from my fist visit 8 years ago. Too corporate. Will that drift continue? We'll see my guess is that it will because that is what makes money.

Review of Belladrum Bar Tokens
There has been a bit of a change in Belladrum...not quite the "family" festival it was. some of the prices charged were a RIP off...also paying full price for a 13 year old is a bit much...should be a different price for 12_ 18 years.
