Ticket holders who leave the Arena will not be permitted to re-enter the Event. You may only leave and then re-enter the Venue during the Event at the discretion of the Organisers. Otherwise there shall be no re-admissions or pass outs of any kind.

With the exception of special assistance dogs, authorised working dogs and police dogs, no animals are permitted at the Event. Please do not leave any animals unattended in a parked vehicle in the car park, your pets and us would be much happier if you left them at home.

You are not permitted to bring food or drink of any type into the Arena. Any food or drink found will be confiscated. A wide variety of food and drink will be available for purchase at the Event. Anyone with a medical condition which requires them to bring food and/or drink into the Arena should contact organisers in advance blackislebelter@beyondpresents.co.uk to obtain an authorisation letter or make themselves known to the gate manager/supervisor of the Event who will assist accordingly. Please be aware that no glass is permitted on site.

Hard plastic, metal, or glass water bottles or backpack hydration packs are not permitted into the Event and will be confiscated and cannot be returned. Please only bring empty soft water bottles or empty collapsible/foldable drinking pouches with you to fill at the drinking water points available in the Arena.

There is a bar at Black Isle Belter, and it will be bigger than the bar at the 2024 event! Challenge 25 will be in operation, so if you are blessed with youthful looks and look younger than 25, please bring your ID with you if you intend to purchase alcohol as you will be asked to provide it by our bar staff. If you are asked to provide your ID, please don’t take offence...take it as a compliment.

You are unable to bring camping chairs or gazebos into the event. There is plenty of picnic bench seating provided in the main arena. The main stage is in a Big Top and no seating can be taken inside for obvious Health & Safety reasons. A full list of prohibited items can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

The event is being held on the Black Isle Showground which is a flat grass field with tarmac paths around the site, however, please prepare for all weathers as this is the Highlands in May and the weather can be somewhat unpredictable. The main arena is outdoors but the main stage is housed in a Big Top.

Please only bring a bag into the Arena if it is absolutely essential. Those bringing bags will be separated into bag search lanes and may be delayed as a result of these searches. Bags larger that the size of an A3 sheet of paper (30cm x 42cm) will NOT be permitted in the Arena (exceptions will be made for baby change/medical supply bags). Please note that lockers are NOT available at the Event.

No glass is permitted on site, so if your perfume or aftershave is in a glass bottle please leave it in your vehicle or at home so we don’t have to disappoint you by confiscating it at the point of entry.
