The actual event is really good and the DJ is brilliant, I would definitely go to another event again however not at this venue. The venue was extremely hot and there were only two bartenders so it took hours to be served and we missed a lot of the songs we were excited to hear. It would be better held at another venue in Ipswich such as c**k and pye or three wise monkeys

Only downside was the bar was slightly understaffed, but they eventually caught up so it wasn’t too much of an issue. The vibe was immaculate though

had to wait 25 mins at the bar just to get a drink so ended up leaving. the music wasn’t as described to be

Too hot inside and drinks took ages to be made and bar staff ignored me and kept serving other people so we went to a different club

At least my glow sticks were popular

An amazing night with great music, the venue only loses out on a point because of the lethal staircase and how hot it was!

Prices are good, so is the music and there is a great atmosphere, the music was also great. However there is no aircon and it's unbelievably hot at the bar, plus not enough staff working, meaning you will be waiting to order drinks for over half an hour and be ignored at the bar. They should've been aware of the amount of people coming from pre booking the tickets and prepare accordingly to that. In the two hours we were there, we only managed to get one drink, and were waiting to get the second one for over half an hour and never got it anyway as it became too ridiculous to wait and decided to leave. It's a shame that this completely overshadowed the other good things about the night.

Music seemed a bit ‘tin’y like they were a strange download. Still enjoyable but it was noticeable.
Venue was great and the team were also hospitable but there were issue with being served at the bar - which took 25 minutes to be served. Again nothing to bad but did take some of the enjoyment out of missing good songs in the wait.

I don’t think the venue staff had expected the level of interest there was so I’m sure next time it’ll be more steam line! I’ll definitely be back
