Strings Bar And Venue

Everything about the event was great except, unfortunately, the show itself. We left in the interval as out of six acts in the first half, four were "burlesque". My understanding of burlesque is that it is titillating and teasing rather than a hurried semi strip culminating in the swinging of tasselled breasts..... Not that entertaining the first time and definitely not by the fourth example. The singer and comedian were very good but, I feel, badly let down by the other acts. Hopefully, there was more variety in the second half but we did not wait to find out.
