Very small venue. All food was £10 or above. It's a burger from a truck, not value in any form. Security searches for a child's fireworks show was a bit over the top. I don't really Hartlebury being the knife/gun capital of the world.
Fireworks were good.

The people hosting the event were all so very rude. My husband parked his car where everyone else was parking there's and the Albanian bouncer told my husband to move his car and he pushed him when he asked why he couldn't park there. The guy over by the coffee stand asked me to move as I was stood in the way. No respect considering we are spending money to come to these events. Just as s**t as the monster trucks that never moved at the Worcester race course. I have made it media sensitive and given this to my relative that is a journalist for rh evening mail

Disability parking needs to be reviewed as we were right up the back on a field and couldn't get out earlier my child was at his limit... the music could have been slightly less loud... we went for earlier viewing thinking it would be more disability friendly :/

Great fireworks. Lots of options for food and drink. Good prices. Parking was limited but there was plenty of space to park on the main road which wasn't too far to walk. Definitely recommend for next year!

'Fun fair' was poor and had about 3 rides. Everything was very expensive. Trying to get out the carpark took over 30 minutes. Good display but have seen better. Wouldn't recommend for the price.

We wasn't told about any disabled parking when we asked she said to go to the next person and then the next person said we would have hat to turn around and it would have caused a lot of problems

Wonderful event put on very professionally. Steward staff were fun and friendly while doing their job adding to the lovely atmosphere. No massive queues. Fireworks display and DJ were great and there was a good range of entertainment, food and facilities. One of the best firework displays I've seen! It felt really safe and well organised.
Only constructive feedback would be clear and accurate information about when the fireworks would start. The venue also has an inherent access issue (one narrow lane) which means it's not ideal for a large event with multiple sessions where people want to come and go at the same time. Trying to access the venue by car for the second session was frustrating but resolved quick enough once staff had managed to clear the outgoing traffic. Maybe knowing how the traffic would be being managed ahead of time would have made this less frustrating.
Wouldn't put me off going again, it was a great evening and I thought the show was great value for money.

Music was awful, 3 cans of pop for £7.50 is a joke. Almost impossible to find the car in the pitch black field. Venue itself is lovely though.
