SW Region Scouts Explorer Belt Expedition 2025 Fundraiser

Join us for an evening of entertainment at Dunlop Village Hall to help raise funds for South West Scotland Scouts Explorer Belt* 2025 Expedition to Norway. 

There will be live music from local covers band 'The Replacements', a licenced bar, raffle and hot buffet (included in the price of the ticket).

This is sure to be a night to remember, planned and organised by the young people attending the expedition. 

We cannot wait to welcome you along. 

Please note that due to licensing laws all Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult. 

*What is an Explorer Belt?

Much can be gained from taking part in Scouting within the UK, however experience of the world outwith our borders can be a fantastic experience for any young person to undertake.

The Explorer Belt is a challenge of a lifetime.

This will be a very wild Explorer Belt to Norway in the Summer of 2025. Young people between the ages of 16-25 will plan their own adventure through the country with the aim of experiencing Norway's culture and natural environment. The whole experience is self-funded and is reliant upon the success of fundraising events. We thank you in advance for supporting the Explorer Scouts by purchasing a ticket.
