Decent enough for a little club, compared to surrounding venues, but some of the older bouncers are ex cons, with known histories of substance problems and physical violence. They will consume customers' drinks when they are in the smoking area, and will inflict personal biases when doing their job.
Calling a bouncer out for unethical actions is not grounds for removing a customer from the premises. Your SIA license (if you even have one) doesn't make you exempt from your criminal actions.
If you value your safety, stay quiet, don't look them in the eye, and try to have a nice night. All other staff are lovely, and the cloakroom is a reasonable price...More drama than a Barlinnie breakout, but at least you'll have some nice bruises as a reminder. Don't let the scum touch you.
