Wonderful evening. Thank you to the organisers. Suggestion that in future seats upstairs are numbered. I ordered and paid for my six tickets immediately they became available - months ago. When I arrived at the venue we could not find seats together upstairs. Eventually a steward allowed us to sit in seats along the side of the concert hall. While grateful, much of the sound quality was lost. Whatever happened to loyal fans being rewarded for supporting the event right at the start and being allocated seats on a first come first served basis? Could this please be considered in future? Thank you.

we had a great night, really enjoyed the addition of the futures stage even though it was quite quiet. hopefully it will be more popular next year. the bands in the main stage were excellent!
