Review of Boogietown 2024
Had a great time!
Good set up and very organised. I did think the bar was overpriced considering we weren't allowed to take any drinks in to the venue other than sealed water.
The music was amazing, all artists performed well and the sound system was spot on. It may be worth next year having the big top a bit further away from the main stage as the bass sometimes took over!
In between the acts I loved having that time to run to the loo or grab a drink whilst the DJ kept the crowd upbeat!
It was my first time and i will be certainly looking to come back in 2025.
Thank you to everyone who organised and ran this event!

Toilets were kept clean and litter was constantly picked up.
Camping area during the night was loud and in my opinion should have curfew times after a certain time as noise was loud all night (literally) maybe we were just very unlucky with our pitch! We noticed a few arguments going on (not us) about respectfulness.
Over all a very lovely atmosphere,

Great event music fab, was buzzin all the way home, wish you could sort the parking out make it a one way only when leaving so everyone can't try to be selfish and surge to exit it takes an hour to get out, if you say we can bring water in don't make people empty it before they come in? I loved the line up this year Sunday was the best , so good can't wait till 2025 😂🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩

Fantastic event, amazing vibe, no violence, loads of loos and lovely people to keep them from getting "overwhelmed". Food and drinks were pricey, but as expected.
We'll be back next year!

Review of Boogietown 2024
This was my first time attending and will definitely go again. Just a couple of things spoilt the experience. The music from the Big Top on occasions drowned out the live acts on the main stage which was disappointing for the crowd and very disrespectful to the acts! Also the fact that you could only buy soft drinks from the bar at the disgraceful price of £3 for a Diet C**e poured from a 1.5lt bottle into a 1/2 pint cup filled with ice so you didn't even get 1/2 pint and it was flat because the bottle was left open was appalling. If you'd sold cans of soft drinks at that price it would still have been expensive but you expect that when you're a captive audience. Let's face it, it wasn't for safety reasons you were selling cans of beer and cider so why not soft drinks, not everyone can or wants to drink alcoholic drinks. Try to be a bit more inclusive drinks wise. That said loved the acts and think the ticket price for the weekend was well worth it. Shout out to the 'cleaning fairies' they did an amazing job cleaning the toilets, cleanest portaloos I've ever seen!!!

Boogietown is great - simple as that. A mature but fun atmosphere (not teeming with kids or chavs) and some cracking nostalgic poptastic acts. Food isn't crazy prizes but drinks are. 30 quid for a bottle of wine? Hmm. That aside, excellent stuff.
