The Borough is situated right in the centre of Lancaster in historic Dalton Square. A grand building with listed oak and exterior with beautiful stained glass paneling, we have endeavored to return The Borough to its once former glory.
At the core of our business is our promise to you to serve local produce and wherever possible purchase from local suppliers directly. We serve Michelin recommended food all day, every day and compliment this with fantastic offers every day.
We have won a Camra Award for our beers. We have 8 hand pulls and try to support local and independent breweries. WE always have Thwaites Original, Wainwrights, Hawks head Bitter, Black Sheep and Bowland brewery's Hen Harrier and a fantastic + varied selection of guests to tickle your taste buds.
We are also delighted to offer our guests a private function room (The Drawing Room). Perfect for every occasion from a wedding or civil partnership reception to a conference or birthday celebration we can tailor make your event to suit your needs and budget.
We also enjoy outside catering and have catered for many events form business lunches to grand celebrations and parties. No event is too small or large and we are happy to offer a personal quotation to suit exactly your needs
